LIVING FROM LOVE IS OUR BIRTHRIGHT
We all arrive on this planet out of the field of love. In fact, every person, no matter what their circumstances, is always one choice away from love. If it is our birthright and just one choice away, why can’t we just experience it instantly right now?
For most of my life my main teacher has been Swami Chetanananda. For the past several years I have been additionally blessed to have spirit guides from a soul group the in 12th dimension called Annassa. They have been both teaching me and teaching others by channeling through me.
We are all born into a matrix of belief that is instilled in us by parents, peers and elders in the community of our birth. At a certain point in life some people decide to examine their personal matrix of belief because they feel limited by it in some way. Others begin this process because they are in terrible pain but unwilling or unable to medicate it away. This is the beginning of spiritual practice.
What is spiritual practice? Spiritual practice is not an intellectual exercise. It is a process of deepening awareness until alignment with the All of The All That Is of Love becomes the ground of ones’ life experience. Of course this is a process, because human beings are a process. Swami Chetananda has described this process as “depth over time”. As one begins serious “self inquiry” with the mind turned inward on itself, gradually clarity of vision comes. This is one of the functions of meditation.
In my experience and observation of others consistent feedback in this process is really necessary. How does one decide where or who to ask to get that feedback? This is definitely the role of a spiritual teacher.
How to choose a spiritual teacher? In my case the saying “when one is ready the teacher appears” turned out to be true. I have come to understand the process in this way: I had a very strong experience where I realized that my life was rolling out in a certain way and unless I changed myself I was stuck on this particular path. I had the insight that change was possible through meditation. My insight came through the painful recognition that I was not headed in a direction that I wanted to continue.
My experience with spiritual teachers is this:
1. They come in all shapes and sizes. Physically they can be angelically beautiful or they can completely challenge our ideas of physical beauty.
2. The real ones may or may not be surrounded by controversy at various times.
3. Spiritual teachers have gone beyond “conventional wisdom”. They have challenged and expanded their matrix of belief beyond “normal experience”.
4. A true spiritual teacher can by their Presence “pollinate” those around them with access to pure raw love.
5. This “pollination” plants the seeds of love so that they can grow. It is an energetic transmission.
Spiritual teachers are not always physical. Annassa arises out of the field pure raw love and is immediately and personally available to anyone who wishes to speak with them. They are ready and willing to speak through the channel Rebecca.
